John Carboni's career is a testament to decades of dedication and innovation within the broadcast television and production industry. His journey began in the world of sports television, working for United Artists Cable providing coverage of news and live college sports. The fast pace and adrenaline had him hooked and within a year he was to begin a 13-year relationship with the New York Football Giants. This early exposure to high-caliber production laid the foundation for his future endeavors. In 1995, John's visionary spirit led him to establish Impact Studios, a groundbreaking venture in Connecticut. Demonstrating a keen understanding of evolving technology, he positioned Impact Studios as the region's first production facility to offer Hollywood-level 3D animation to broadcasters and advertising agencies. This forward-thinking approach quickly established Impact Studios as a leader in the field. Beyond animation, John's expertise extended into the realm of fitness video production and live events. Impact Studios became synonymous with top-selling fitness titles, working with the industry's most prominent personalities. His multifaceted skills as an editor, director, and cinematographer have allowed him to navigate a diverse range of projects, from compelling TV specials and informative infomercials to dynamic live event video productions. His contributions to the advertising world have also been recognized with numerous awards. John Carboni's career is marked by a consistent drive to push boundaries and deliver exceptional results. His expertise in directing, managing, and innovative solutions to client needs solidifies John's reputation as a respected and influential figure in the production industry.

A multiple award-winning screenwriter and producer, Toni has a passion for all things creative and a career in front of and behind the camera that spans over 30 years. She hopes to expand horizons for multicultural awareness using character driven content, ethnic diversity and non-gender specific hiring of cast and crew, all with equal pay. Credits include the award-winning feature, ALTO, starring Diana DeGarmo and Annabella Sciorra, the festival favorite, award-winning THE UNDESIRABLES, starring Jason Mewes and directed by Kevin Smith, the 5-part series THE COTTAGE COMMUNITY IDEA HOUSE for THIS OLD HOUSE, the feature A BROOKLYN CHRISTMAS, directed by Shaun Piccinino, I WON'T DANCE directed by Christine Lakin, SOBERING, the multiple award-winning series helmed by veteran showrunner Mike Mariano, MOOCH with an all-star ensemble cast (Kathy Searle, Ward Horton, Melanie Nicholls-King, Ray Abruzzo among them) directed by sitcom icon Richard Kline, the veteran horror director, Thomas J. His enthusiasm and passion drive the development of innovative and distinctive projects that captivate audiences. A veteran of the New York Giants, Bob served as Sponsorship & Activation Lead, demonstrating his ability to excel in high-pressure environments. Prior to Impact, he held the position of VP, Creative Marketing at Timex Company, further solidifying his marketing and creative expertise. At Impact, Bob leads our creative department, seamlessly blending physical and digital realms to craft visually stunning and impactful work that breaks through the clutter and empowers our clients to tell their stories with authenticity. Bob's creative foundation is rooted in his BFA in Graphic Design from Central CT State University. Beyond his professional achievements, he is deeply committed to his community, actively coaching youth football and baseball.

An expert in the multimedia production process, Yohan excels in leveraging the latest technology to create impactful training curricula. He is proficient in standard instructional design methodologies (ADDIE), information mapping, needs assessment, and evaluation techniques, delivering results-driven training programs. Beyond self-guided training, Yohan captivates audiences as a compelling host of live seminars and webinars, demonstrating his exceptional communication and presentation skills. Yohan's expertise is underpinned by a doctorate from Columbia Teachers College, and his commitment to Impact Strategic Marketing spans over two decades, since 1995.

With hundreds of video projects to his credit, John's guiding philosophy is to create beautifully simple work that leaves a lasting IMPACT. His expertise extends beyond storytelling, encompassing a deep understanding of digital cinema technology and techniques. Since joining Impact Studios in 1997, John has remained at the forefront of the evolving media landscape, not just embracing the digital revolution, but mastering it.

A Marketing Leader with Decades of Industry Expertise. Suzanne Freedman joined Impact Strategic Marketing as Managing Director in 2015, bringing over two decades of marketing mastery from the beverage alcohol industry. Her career launched at a prestigious New York City advertising agency, followed by a pivotal brand marketing role at William Grant & Sons, where she spearheaded advertising and PR for their premium spirits portfolio. At William Grant, Suzanne masterfully launched The Balvenie Single Malt Scotch, earning accolades for both product and packaging. Her leadership extended to senior brand management roles for iconic brands like Jameson Irish Whiskey and Beefeater, Plymouth, and Boodles Gin. Prior to joining Impact, Suzanne served as Vice President of On Premise Trade Marketing at Sidney Frank Importing. There, she developed strategic programs and trade initiatives, guiding a team of 20+ brand ambassadors for Jagermeister and other leading brands.
