How far in advance should we book our event production? For large conferences or multi-day meetings, we recommend reaching out 3 to 6 months in advance to ensure availability and proper pre-production. However, for smaller corporate meetings or town halls, we can often accommodate shorter lead times of 3 to 4 weeks.
Do you only work in the NY Tri-State area? While our primary facilities are in Connecticut and New York, we are a national production partner. We regularly travel with our clients to produce seamless events in major cities across the US, ensuring they have the same trusted team regardless of the venue.
What happens if there is a technical glitch during a live stream? We build in redundancy for every critical point of failure, including backup internet connections (bonded cellular), redundant encoders, "hot-spare" hardware and uninterruptable power supplies that can take over instantly if a primary system fails.
Can you handle both the in-room AV and the virtual broadcast? Yes. We specialize in true hybrid events. Our team manages the audio and visuals for the attendees in the room while simultaneously producing a broadcast-quality stream for your remote audience, ensuring both groups feel equally engaged.
Do you provide the venue, or just the production? We are a production and technology partner. We are always available to help you vet and contract the best venue for your event. We bring our staging, lighting, sound, video and crew to wherever your event will take place and we then transform that space into a professional broadcast environment.
How do you handle pricing and "surprise" overages? We believe in transparent, flat-fee billing. Once we finalize your scope of work, the price we quote is the price you pay. We don’t hide fees or include "middleman markups". There won't be any surprises once the event is over.
