You Know What Happens if the Stream Drops...

The chat lights up, the phones ring. You'll need to stop the CEO mid-sentence. That person is you, and you won't be able to hide in the back of the room. You know the postmortem will be longer than the event was.

A town hall, all-hands, product launch, or shareholder meeting is not the time to “just throw it up on Zoom" and hope it goes OK. It all looks easy until something goes sideways. This is why you hire the team that has done it thousands of times already knows what can go wrong, and already has a backup plan in place.

Call Impact Studios So You Can Get Back to Your Actual Job.

You didn't take this role to become a livestreaming expert. You need the event to go well, your leadership to look great, and your inbox to be quiet in the morning.

Here's what "hand it to us" actually looks like:

  • Before the event. We meet virtually to learn what you're producing. We come in to walk the venue if needed and then build a plan you can put in front of your executive team without having to translate it.

  • Day of the event. Our crew arrives several hours before. We install all the gear, test everything twice. If something at the venue is going to be a problem, we've already brought a backup. You get a production team whose only job is making sure you have zero surprises.

  • During the stream. Cameras, audio, live graphics, audience Q&A, chat — all handled. If your network hiccups, we already have our own installed and running.
  • After your event. The final recording, individual camera recordings and viewer analytics land in your inbox within 48 hours.

30 Years. Every Format. Every Location.

Before livestreaming was a word, we were producing corporate television, live sports and feature film. We've worked in ballrooms, arenas, broadcast trucks, boardrooms, and everything in between. We've gotten a lot of dirt under our fingernails.

That depth of experience is what you're hiring. Not just someone who knows how to push a stream live — someone who has spent three decades solving production problems before they become your problems.

Impact Studios has spent 30 years working alongside executives, communications directors, and event teams at some of the biggest companies in the world. We know how to walk into a pre-production meeting with your leadership, speak their language, anticipate their concerns, and leave them confident. We know the questions your CEO's assistant is going to ask, and we have the answers before she does.

When you hire Impact, you're not managing a vendor — you're working alongside a production partner who shares your stakes. We've produced events at Madison Square Garden, curbside in the shadow of the World Trade Center, and in hotel ballrooms across the country. We know the most important thing in the room isn't the equipment. It's making sure you look good to the people you report to.

Our Clients Trust Us With Their Biggest Moments.

PM Narendra Modi — Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum

On September 23, 2024, India's Prime Minister addressed 15,000 people at Nassau Coliseum. Impact Studios led the entire broadcast operation in partnership with Diya TV — managing the live production in the arena while simultaneously distributing the stream across 23 U.S. markets and internationally to India. Over 80 million viewers watched live. Zero latency issues. Zero interruptions.

That's the scale we operate at.

Tunnel to Towers Foundation — Staten Island FerryHawks Stadium

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation needed a full live broadcast of their charity boxing event — cameras, graphics, instant replay, crew, complete production — staged outdoors at an 8,000-seat baseball stadium on Staten Island. We built a broadcast hub from the ground up, ran the entire show live, and when an NYPD helicopter made a flyover during the event, we had the cameras on it before it crossed the frame.

The Foundation raised $50,000 that night. The stream reached tens of thousands of viewers worldwide. Not a single dropped frame.

FAQs

How do I know the stream won't crash?

Because we've been doing this for a very long time and build redundancy into every layer. We use our bonded cellular system in conjunction with your venue’s internet. Data is streamed across both networks simultaneously. If the in-house network drops, we're already streaming on multiple cellular networks in parallel.  The changeover is instantaneous and seamless. If a camera fails, another is already live. Your audience never sees a hiccup.

The hotel is trying to sell us an outrageously expensive wired connection, is there a better option?

Hotel and venue wired connections are notoriously expensive and notoriously unreliable — and in our experience, rarely worth what they charge. We've seen venues quote tens of thousands of dollars for a dedicated line that can't hold a stable broadcast signal when the ballroom fills up.

We bring our own connection. Our bonded cellular setup combines multiple carrier networks into a single broadcast-grade uplink. You don't need to negotiate with the hotel, you don't need to pay their fee, and you don't need to hope their IT department shows up on time.

What if our venue's Wi-Fi is terrible?

We never rely on Wi-Fi. We provide our own connectivity, built for broadcast. Using bonded cellular service, our data streams out in parallel to multiple cellular providers on multiple cell connections while simultaneously using your in house connection.  We've streamed from packed hotel ballrooms, from Madison Square Garden, from outdoor venues in the middle of nowhere. If you can get a cell call we can stream, and if you are truly in the middle of nowhere, we can use satellite internet. Your venue's IT is not our plan.

Can our remote employees ask questions?

Yes. We run live Q&A, polling, and audience chat, and we hand the moderation flow to whoever you want managing it. Your remote audience can be as involved as the people in the room.

What if our CEO wants a full rehearsal the day before?

We schedule it in. Full rehearsals are standard for us, not an add-on.

Do you handle everything, or do we need to bring our own AV company?

We handle everything. Cameras, audio, lighting if needed, switching, streaming, backup connectivity, live graphics, Q&A, recording, and deliverables. If you need projection and an in-room sound system, we have that also. Remember, we are a full service meeting production and AV supplier. You're welcome to have a point person on your side but you don't need to.

How much does this cost?

It depends on the event — number of cameras, venue, duration, how many platforms you're streaming to, whether you need on-site graphics. A short discovery call gives us what we need to put together a fixed quote for you. No surprises later.

How far in advance should we book?

Our production calendar books up. Especially during the fall conference season and the Q1 all-hands rush. If you have a date, even a tentative one, reach out now. A conversation costs nothing. Waiting could cost you your date.

Do you sign NDAs?

Of course. Standard practice for confidential meetings, shareholder events, and any private corporate communication.
